Question: I absolutely love your show. My question is as follows: When you\'re using your dedicated mortiser how do you gauge the depth of your mortises so that they correctly receive the tenons you\'ve cut? Thanks again for creating such a wonderful program. You\'re an inspiration to us all. Answer: We nearly always make the mortise before we cut the tenons. The depth wantds to be a little deeper than the tendon to allow for the glue. |
